This program will focus on developing skating strides, starting, stopping, backward skating, lateral mobility, stick handling with the ring, learning how to pass the ring and much more. This program is designed for the FUN 2, FUN 3 and U12 players who want to improve their Ringette skills. Ringette equipment is not included; ringette sticks can be supplied if needed. Each player must have aC.S.A. approved helmet with cage and neck guard. Please bring a labelled water bottle and a snack for the break 1/2 way through session.
