U12 evaluations and sort out information

MSRA HAS SENT OUT VIA EMAIL THE INFORMATION FOR THE U12 EVALUATION AND SORT OUT PROCESS - Please check your mailboxes for the email with all the information on the process and to join the town hall style meeting scheduled for Monday, August 18, 2025.

According to the MSRA players on file eligible to play in the U12 Division, we will look to form two U12 teams. The players will be placed on U12A or U12B based on their evaluations of skills, experience, and game sense throughout two sessions. 

U12 EVALUATIONS SCHEDULE

  • Session #1:  Friday, September 5, 2025 at 7 PM - Canlan Scarborough - Pad 3
  • Session #2:  Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 11:15 AM - Angus Glen - East Pad
  • Session #3, by invitation: Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 4:30 PM - Angus Glen - West Pad

REGISTRATION

Please register your player through RAMP for the ‘U12 Sort Outs’. All players need to attend both sessions 1 & 2. 

Cost - $30 + 2 volunteer hours during the Early Bear Tournament

If you haven’t registered and paid for your player for U12 yet, then your player does not have insurance coverage. You will also need to register for Participant Registration at U12 and pay a minimum fee of $100.

No walk-ins’ or cash payment accepted at the sessions. All participants must be registered and paid by September 5th at noon so we can assign proper evaluators and pinnie numbers to the players.
