Markham Regional Ringette Association

A fun day was had by all at the 2011 Markham Santa Claus Parade on Main Street Markham.

Girls, come try ringette and skate with Santa on Tuesday December 20, 2011 @ 6pm at Milliken Mills Arena!

The Markham Bears Petite Provincial (under-12 “A”) team competed in the Oshawa Ringette Tournament this past weekend.  They battled all weekend long, and defeated Mississauga 8-1 in the semi-finals, before losing to Oshawa in the final by a score of 3-0.  Excellent offensive power from Alana White, Rachael Dickie, Chloe Gagnon, Victoria Vanier, Megan Johnstone and Allison Gravelle.  Solid defensive play from Jazlyn Salema, Claire DiPrisco, Alanna Candappa-Rodrigo and Azra Amiri.  Outstanding goal keeping from Leigh Kennedy.
